Charlotte Gondor Zesir

Originally from the Manche department, she had to move to Paris as part of her culinary studies. There, she worked her way up the ranks, from kitchen assistant to executive chef at L'Envie du Jour. After a brief stint in Nantes as chef at Maison Bagarre, she missed Normandy too much and decided to return there to open a restaurant—HER restaurant.

There, she developed a culinary style that reflects her personality—a cuisine of contrasts, generous yet refined. Her dishes showcase the full richness of Normandy’s culinary heritage, with a touch of modernity and a genuine commitment to seasonality and respect for the ingredients.
